Instablogs - Mobile - Should tobacco be banned rather than smoking?

While the taxes on cigarettes have been raised in years, it seems that it is not about money, but control. Experts believe that such “punitive” taxes will make smokers quit, and therefore, save the tax money in medical care. Many believe that Govt. around the globe has increasingly devised these taxes to convince people that it is “for our own good” and at the same time, making the smokers feel to be anti-social.

An addiction has no hold on common sense ,and you cold make it whatever price one wants ,but us selfish human because of our soft tissue makeup that wants to be pleased at any cost will steal ,kill or whatever eles it takes to get the addictive substance
99% of humans take part in some form of addiction -like alcohol where most dizzy humans take part in it ,and pass it on to the next generations ,if you can’t point your finger at yourself than one shouldn’t point at all

Banning tobacco is not the solution of problem. Illicit tobacco trade will increase which will create further law and order problem. Spreading awareness among the masses is the only way to get rid of the problem.

Governments are increasing the taxes on tobacco to force the people for giving up tobacco? Governments all over the world are collecting high revenues from the tobacco and liquor trade. Why should they plan such things? It is just an excuse to convince the common men so that he could favor the government against the resentment of tobacco and liquor industries.
